Mission Beach is a perfect place to soak up the beach lifestyle while also being a great area for spectators and sandcastle builders. If you need to experience an activity at a faster pace, rent a bike or in-line roller skates. You could also ride Belmont Park\\\\\\\\'s famous wooden roller coaster. Always be prepared for large crowds and limited parking at Belmont Park.

Whether you want to walk along the ocean, swim, boogie board, surf, or just enjoy the atmosphere, a Mission Beach vacation rental is the perfect choice for you. OCEANFRONT CONDO - On The Beach -
This beautiful oceanfront home has unobstructed views of the ocean and south coast. You will be watching the sunset into the ocean from the comfort of your living room. This unit is located on the 2nd floor of our 3 story building. The elevation above the boardwalk offers peace and solitude. There is immediate access to the boardwalk and the beach using a flight of stairs, or the building\\\\\\\\'s elevator.

 

This spacious 2 bedroom condo sleeps 6 people comfortably. All of the beds are new, less than 2 years old, so they are comfortable and restful. The master bedroom has one queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twin size beds. The living room has a pull-out couch to sleep 2 more guests for a total of 6. There are two bathrooms. The master bath is ¾ and the second bath is full. The kitchen comes complete kitchen with everything you need to enjoy a home-away-from-home vacation on the beach!


This condo is located in North Mission Beach, just 3 blocks south of all the restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. You will be walking distance from everything.

AMENETIES INCLUDE:

There are many high end treatments making this unit comfortable and accommodating including hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer in the unit, dishwasher, wireless internet and assigned parking. There is a community patio with a large stainless steel barbeque and picnic tables. The patio even has a view of the ocean!

 

There are views of the water from all west facing windows! That means you will be watching the sunset into the ocean from the comfort of your living room couch!

 

We have more condos in the same building that when combined can sleep a total of 24-32!

    CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES IN RESERVATIONS.  All cancellations must be submitted to Owner in writing. In any event, the Tenant may not cancel the reservation within two weeks prior to the scheduled dates including upon arrival. If written cancellation is received by Owner, and the unit is re-rented for entire reservation period, Tenant will be refunded any payment made less a two hundred fifty ($250) cancellation fee. If unit is not re-rented for entire reservation period, all payments will be forfeited. If a change in reservation is required, Owner will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the change and a $100 fee will be assessed.

    Parties are strictly forbidden, along with inappropriate or loud music, or excessive traffic in or around the unit.   VIOLATION OF THIS PROVISION WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITHOUT REFUND, INCLUDING THE SECURITY DEPOSIT, AND TENANT WILL BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE UNIT, ITS CONTENTS AND GROUNDS.  Owner does not rent to individuals under 25 years of age, and reserves the right to require official picture identification showing date of birth.

    “Quiet Times” are strictly enforced, and a noise complaint from another tenant may result in eviction without refund.  Units are expected quiet by 10:00 pm in the winter, and 10:00 pm during summer weeknights; 11:00pm weekends. If you have a problem with other tenants, please contact Leanne at 808-854-9844 so we can take care of the problem for you!

    15.       ATTORNEY’S FEES.  If Owner employs legal counsel or a professional collection service for collecting any amounts due to the Owner under this Agreement or to enforce any other provisions of this Agreement or to seek Tenant’s eviction from the premise, Tenant shall be responsible for all costs of litigation and collection including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fee.

    Security deposit fully refunded within 30 days of departure.

    To receive full security deposit home must be returned in the same condition in which it was rented.

    EXCESSIVE PARTIES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION, AND TOTAL LOSS OF RENTAL PAYMENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT! If you want to party, take it to the clubs!
