Restaurants and shops are less than 2 blocks away.  The perfect location for your summer vacation.  Just minutes from Sea World, Mission Bay, the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, La Jolla Cove, Torrey Pines Golf Course, the Birch Aquarium, and UCSD.  The house has been completely remolded with granite counters, stainless appliances, new bathrooms, windows, ceiling fans, BBQ and more.  It has a separate living room and family room with a fireplace.  There is a fold out couch in the family room for extra accommodations.  The master bedroom has a king sized bed and TV.  The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom. RV parking is possible in the driveway that can accommodate 4 cars.  There is also a one car garage.  The garage houses a washer and dryer.  There is a full sized backyard.  A pet may be accepted with prior approval.  There is a dog door leading to the back yard. This is an owner occupied neighborhood so it is safe and quiet but close to all.  Just blocks to the beach!  Perfect for couples or small families. April - May '08......$1200/wk or $4000/mthJune - August '08.........$2200/wk or $5000/mth
