$300 non-refundable reservation deposit to reserve the dates. Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival are subject to the loss of the $300 reservation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date are subject to 100% penalty of the entire stay. Nightly rates are subject to taxes and any applicable fees. We strongly encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance.
